Dave Cochrane, our Managing Director, has over 30 years experience in Customs Clearance and International Shipping. He is a licensed Customs Broker and a previous winner of the LW Rountree Memorial prize for the highest mark in Customs Tariff classification in New Zealand. Dave has previously worked both for a multinational freight forwarder writing Customs entries, and was appointed the Customs Manager for a publicly listed company here in New Zealand. Thereafter he established his own international freight forwarding/ Customs brokering company in 1989 which went on to become one of the largest privately owned international freight forwarding companies here in New Zealand. These days there are now many freight forwarders and Customs brokers in the market place to choose from. Some are multinational and some are New Zealand owned and operated. However one constant is that they are all invariably under both rate and time pressure to deliver your cargo on time. Forensic Logistics are not a freight forwarder nor a Customs broker. We are a specialist audit and quality control company.
