I'm incredibly proud to open an independent family run cafe with down to earth ethos and quality care for customers in the South East Auckland community. After following these guys on instagram I was excited to check them out. However, my friend and I were sorely disappointed. We were the only customers in the cafe and it took half an hour to get our bagels and coffee. The lady behind the counter stated that she was new and still learning however it didn’t appear as though she had had any kind of training or support as she struggled to find things, use the til and make the bagels. My friend was over charged and both our bagels were poorly served (missing ingredients, almost no cream cheese and being served on saucer plates). Unfortunately we won’t be going back.
