Went there for a tattoo removal; the first couple of appointments seemed to reduce the ink well, however the subsequent appointments did little to nothing. There was scar tissue formation and hyper pigmentation; I have consulted with another tattoo removal company and they have told me that it is unfortunate and completely avoidable with the right procedure! Would not recommend for tattoo removals!! Edit (after owner response): It is FUNNY that i have read many of your replies DENYING that you have provided a bad service to these people making a bad review. I have have come to you for SIX appointments from 2019 to 2020. Please research and provide better services; these reviews are to protect customers - no one is targeting your business. Came here cause my usual beautician was booked out and will never be coming back. Firstly, while I was waiting in the reception area the owner? started arguing and fighting with another client which seemed extremely unprofessional so from the get-go red flag, and it was the MOST painful brazillian I had ever gotten in my life. I have been getting waxes for years so it wasn't my first time and am used to the pain. Although she had been arguing earlier she was friendly and had no problem with her personally but she was rushing and felt like she was ripping my skin off. This left my skin red, irritated, dry skin peeling days afterwards and more ingrown hairs than usual. I've been to 5/6 salons and all places have used the melting wax and this is my first experience where they used the roll on wax for about 90% of the area. I'd like to think this is a rare case cause a lot of people seem to have good things to say, but I don't recommend coming here when there are so many other places where the place is cleaner, you pay less and feel pampered. **Edit: I came here on the 16th of May 2020**

Definitely not a wonderful experience. Did not leave feeling empowered or amazing. Did not get the service I went for, instead went to another place straight after and was accepted immediately - had a very satisfactory experience there where they told me I could definitely get the service done. The only saving grace was the kind staff member who took me through. A very traumatic time and still remember it now, months later. Hopefully there has been an improvement in customer service and people skills. Kia ora.

I have been here twice so far for my facial laser treatment. The girls are very nice & friendly. I am always nervous about the treatment but the girls are very patient and make you feel relaxed. Can’t wait to see the results after few more treatments! I never had to wait for my appointment. Great ambience and welcoming aroma. I highly recommend this place to all my friends & families.
