Had a great consultation but unfortunately booked in to the wrong stylist. Colour looks nothing like discussed and hair is very damaged. Was promised the colour would 'lighten' and I would get a call back in a week to check on it - no call of course. Extremely disappointed. Do not recommend.

Had my hair cut and highlighted just before my wedding last year, asked for the slightest amount off the ends as I wanted to keep the length, but somehow still ended up with at least 5 inches hacked (literally hacked) off, 2 weeks before my wedding. Also, the highlights came out with a giant circle blob and had to spend another half hour there fixing it after I complained. Wasn’t toned well either. To top it all off, they charged me over 500. Would not recommend.

Walked into this place with a couple of friends on the off chance that they might have an eyebrow and lash appointment. They did and while I was there I managed to get a quick hair trim!!! Fantastic service from people who were very willing to help out
