I live in the UK and my sister is New Zealand. Sadly she lost her daughter 5 years ago. I wanted to send her flowers, but also to have a couple of separate blooms to take to the cemetery on the anniversary to add to theirs (not wanting to take all their vase up). I put my request in the notes of my online order and was so pleased that this could be done. No fuss whatsoever. When my sister sent me a photo of the flowers they were beyond what I had expected. They were absolutely beautiful. And, the small addition was perfectly wrapped. It meant such a lot to have this small addition. I am an extremely happy, grateful customer who will definitely use you again. Being able to use my pre-paid Visa card which I used when I visited was great, cutting down on exchange costs.
