I’ve been going to Firth&Laird for more than 9 years now. I have great trust in the optometrists there, particularly Robert Ng. Due to my eyes being a very special and hard case, I have extensive experience with optometrists and eye specialists. There is a reason why I’ve stayed with them for this long, up to date knowledge and skills and overall trust worthiness. I will continue to have them as my eye team. My 12 year old last a screw for his specs yesterday and I found this place on Google. Went there and the lady said " Oh that's easy " fixed within 5 mins and wouldn't let us pay. Just tumeke. #Salute.

We have been going to Frith and Laird for a few years now and highly recommend them! All the staff are absolutely lovely and the front line ladies are especially friendly, very professional, helpful and informative. We see Robert in particular as our optometrist and he is fantastic! Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Overall terrible experience! Picked up brand new glasses and found some kind of coating substance left on the new lenses, unbelievable!! I was speechless! Also The frame itself was totally crooked, 3 of the staff didn’t manage to fit the frame right...! One of them almost damaged the frame by screwing the hinges too hard. I had to go somewhere else to re- adjust the whole frame. Please stay away from them
