A spot I highly recommend to lovely people. Fukurou absolutely has the LOVELIEST owner! I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so for many more. Fukurou have beautiful layer cakes in various flavours and some very yummy options for teas or coffee too. A small but welcoming space and there is good takeaway options available too. I have seen nothing but friendliness and kindness to all their customers over the years that I have been visiting, and I am truly grateful there are amazing people with special places like this in the world to cheer mysslf and others up when the world is being a rough place \u003c3 Thank you so much!

Simply the best mille crepe. Been to many places in Auckland that sell it but these by far is the fluffiest and best tasting. Durian bomb is the bomb and early grey apple is so divine. Wish they do the earl grey flavour in slices more often.

Went in for dessert at around 6.30pm. The lady serving was very nice & welcoming. We had the vanilla & tiramisu cakes with large hot chocolates. It's warm and cozy which is perfect for a winter night date. The cakes are so yummy and soft. The layers look so pretty. About 7.80 for a piece but I think it's worth it for the taste, presentation and the work that goes in to making them. The owl decor is very cute. All up it was about 25 for two people (we got large drinks) Highly recommend as it's something different.

This is the place for you if you’re a layered cakes lover like me! It’s a small bakery owned by a Malaysian lady and they serve really really good cakes with plenty of flavors for you to choose. Saw many people recommending this bakery on different platforms and it did not disappoint me! My personal favorite must be their durian&pandan layered cake Their original ones(vanilla) are quite good as well, not too sweet, it’s all depends on your own preferences! Sogood.

Had this as a surprise cake for my birthday. We had the chocolate crepe cake but was told there were lots of other flavours like durian and matcha. It also looked like you could get the cakes by the slice rather than getting a whole one. We had one pre-ordered and picked up. The cake itself wasn't iced very well, the finish was quite rough and uneven, particularly down the sides. But once you cut into it you see all the layers that were used to make up the crepe cake. There was even different flavoured/coloured icing between a few layers. The cake itself tasted nice, quite soft and luxurious. I was disappointed that the plaque was made from fondant and not chocolate. It was quite a nice cake and a bit different from the standard ones.
