Love working with all the various breeds and pets who come in, and I love our beautiful bespoke crystals - we get them made in Australia (even though it takes a long time) because we want them to last a lifetime, and not fade in a few years. Love seeing the joy on our customer's faces when they see beautiful art of their furry family members.

My flatmate had photos taken of her small dog in hopes that she would be included in the Dogs of Ponsonby book. Not only was her dog not included in the book after she shelled out almost 3000 on the photos, which included an additional 25 dollars specifically to be included in the book but the office staff has not returned any of her numerous emails regarding the book, no refund, compensation or explanation has been offered. She wanted to take photos with her dog and was told that it is not something they do and roughly a week later there was a promotion advertising pet and owner photos at their shop. It took over a month for the photos to arrive since they were sent over seas to be developed, we were not granted access to ANY digital copies of the photos and they were in shop a week before my flat mate called again and asked about her dogs photos and was told they had arrived. So the end results was 5 standard portrait sized photos in a large glass frame for almost 3000. This company does not value customers and have no clue how to handle customer service. I do not recommend them, it would be cheaper and much faster to go to an actual professional photographer.
