After 2 trains, a bus and a 20 minute walk we finally arrived at this shop at the edge of the city. It was worth every step. The sales person was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly & the beds well displayed and comfortable. They helped us decide on the perfect futon for us, and also custom made pillows to match. After purchasing for delivery in 2 weeks, they were even so kind as to give us a lift back to the train station. Highly recommended experience. Once you buy a "Futonz" futon you'll never be swayed to buy a "fancy" mattress from TV again. We love our futon!

Our bed had developed "body sag" in two spots and was just plain uncomfortable-even with its built in topper. We bought a 50mm topper from Futonz and the latex with wool/cotton "wrap" is just beautiful! I love lying on my bed now!! Thanks Ralph & co.

Stunning service, Whitney was knowledgeable and gave us the freedom to rearrange and try various bed combos. Drove 4 hours return to deal with this company, well worth it. Left with flexible slat base, latex mattress and 2 pillows. Competitively priced, love the quality. Highly recommended.
Very helpful staff, didn’t feel like I had to buy it despite the show room being small (if you are just scoping out). Also let us try pillows etc for 1 week with no obligation return, which helped us feel better about making a large purchase
Although located slightly outside of town, Futonz have made the most comfortable cotton futon that we could own. We have been sleeping on it for about 2 months now, just amazing sleep! The owner and staff were helpful, and it only took under a week to get the futon made.
Amazing! The gypsy bed we bought of these folks was excellent quality. But, the best part was when the movers lost a component of the frame I could just email them and organise a replacement part - you can't do that with a mass-produced bed from Harvey Norman!
