This is one of the best Asian fusion restaurant that I've been to. The decoration is industrial modern, lighting a bit dim at some tables but okay to see the food comfortably. The painting on the wall is color changing, so cool. The lunch service today is yumcha style, dumplings, fried rice, fried chicken, fried tentacles, pancake duck, everything is yummy! The oolong orange tea is perfect combination to the yumcha food. We were too full to have desserts, definitely next time. The service is quick and friendly, we were seated promptly. This is good place for families and for catch up with friends alike. It would be good if there were some mocktails too but all very good experience.

This is a great place for groups. The place was packed the evening we dined. There was some confusion with the orders but the staff are very kind and did their best to sort out the situation. Generous portions and delicious Asian Fusion. The Papaya Salad and Duck Rolls are highly recommended. Support a local business and book your next evening out here for some great food.

All Foods served were very tasty especially twice cooked pork ribs was the best. Love picking duck pancakes. We ll be back again thank you.

Finally tried this place and it’s surprisingly delicious!!!!! It’s almost like Chinese/Thai fusion food !! The 45/ppl menu is SO WORTH IT, especially any big eaters! Every dish was very flavourful (except the Pad Thai and papaya salad sorry) and plated nicely! Honestly, this place deserves more attention !

This place is amazing. The service was fantastic right from the start. I mentioned a couple of dietary requirements and the staff were very accommodating and happily checked with the chefs to let me know what I could and could not order. The portion sizes are huge. Some of the ‘bit larger’ plates can easily feed two people. Everything we ordered was delicious! The only negative was that the deep fried squid needed some salt. However, once you ate it with the sauce it was delicious! I’ll definitely be returning to Gao!
