Designing and making a ring with Gary was one of the most remarkable experiences I have had. I say this because we felt like such a large part of the design and production phase of the ring through the great communication and support Gary provided along the way. He and his team were exceptionally personable and offered such great advice and customer support throughout the experience. We are both so happy we decided to go through Gary to purchase our engagement ring. I could not recommend him enough, especially with such competitive pricing and such a great looking ring. Thank you to you and your team for everything you have done for us, of which the the ring itself is only a portion of. I think we actually are closer as a couple because of the unique and special experience we had in getting our engagement ring with you.

I found Gary while looking for jewellery repair places and I am so glad I did. He was very quick to reply and patient in answering my questions. He clearly has a lot of knowledge and is very helpful and honest. He redesigned and made a ring for me out of platinum and sourced a stunning new sapphire. Gary came into our lives after another major infamous jeweller failed to deliver. Gary was responsive and created a perfect design off our ideas. Super knowledgeable and really quick! He met us in the weekend and made a same day adjustment for us too. We wish we had found Gary earlier. Garry did an amazing job at restoring my grandmothers emerald ring. Initially it was just going to be a band replacement however once it became clear that the claws also needed replacing Garry did this at no extra cost. He was very careful with the delicate stones and I'm very happy with the result. Thanks very much!
