These guys are worst they don't communicate properly about the service and they don't even provide a invoice and service report for the work they have done have tried contacting them several times and they don't pick the call now worst service never go here. Make a note owner calls and says he doesn't work every day at work shop he is the owner and I asked him to send a invoice and service report he abuses me in slang words this is how he treats customer be careful guys. Did not even ask sorry for the in convince and did not even say that he would send invoice and service report .

highly recommended mechanics, fixed my lancer today mint as dropped off in morning and everything was done by 2.30 pm. good honest prompt mechanics, only go to these guys now in auckland reasonable pricing also makes me want to fix more of my vehicles.

Been waiting for my refund for over one nonetheless now . Receptionist couldn’t refund it to me saying their account will get back to me . Called after lock down, manager picks up saying that receptionist is away. Called receptionist , said that the manger will get back to me . Going in circles over 1 and a half month . Screen shots attached on their fb placed . Avoid this place - they also quieted me much more then what I paid for in other mechanics store . Total rubbish . Texted him no answer ! Avoid !!! Wait till the notice .

This place is just as bad as the owners attitude. Very small run business . Perhaps they do not make money , that is why they have resorted to stealing from vulnerable citizens. Front desk staff needs training on how to work a computer. Pay taxes and give people proper GST and then stop scamming people .

Girls please avoid these shameless men . Really bad . They do not provide an invoice . Ask for upfront payment . Then quote u more . Asked for refund because the service sold 69 GrabOne voucher was not applicable to the service they apparently wanted to do ( 650 they quoted me lol) . Receptionist said account will get back to me . Called after 2 weeks , manager says owner will get back to me , owner said will check with the receptionist ( they seem mentally challenged people ) . Very ill- literates staff. Btw got my car fixed for 280 . Useless pieces of garbage .

These people are outright crooks, beware and be warned. Have reported to VTNZ, commerce commission and Tribunal They have to be taken to task and be held accountable to robbing and cheating people. Crooks
