Garbage Tier Finance Company. Google them. 26% Interest rates is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS....!! Take them to court. Stand up against Gem Finance in New Zealand. Just had a scammer call from this organisation calling me, pretending to be asking questions on behalf of the Wall Street Journal. What a complete joke, person on phone would not identify themselves satisfactorily, answer reasonable security questions or let me talk to their supervisor.............just a scam.

Found Gem Visa to be helpful without being intrusive. Doesn’t hassle you to much if payment is slightly late. Able to increase the amount borrowed without to many questions. So a nice friendly and helpful service.

Disappointed. The reason I have a Gem visa was because it was the only way to get the finance offers from noel lemming etc now they want me to get another visa so I qualify and can only get 6-10mths with gem. Which pretty good at other retailers. So disappointed is actually putting it mildly. Happy with gem but it looks like I’ll have drop them
