Contact was made by the AA for picking my van up. I was called by the dispatcher to say 1.5 hours approximate wait. Contacted by dispatcher just prior to arrival to say tow truck was on the way however they didn’t check to see what was required. As the van was automatic and needed a flat deck not a conventional tow truck to be unloaded on our driveway. The tow truck sent was not able to assist with tow, therefore had to wait another hour plus for flat deck truck. The second truck arrived brilliant driver so good made it easy to get me home after a very long day very thankful for his efforts and professionalism. Excellent

I needed a tow on Auckland Anniversary and the car had to stay overnight before it could be dropped at my mechanic. This all went well and I was happy with the service. I used my mechanical warranty for the tow which was supposed to be fully covered. GHL rang me and demanded money for the second tow(from overnight storage) and we're very persistent. I asked for an invoice and the person said I don't know but someone can send me something. They never did. And I am out of pocket close to 400. After calling my Mechanical warranty company they confirmed I should not have been charged. I still haven't received an invoice from GHL. Great up until this point. So disappointed.
The company and driver were very professional ....before loading on the back of the tow truck.....he asked some intelligent questions....looked over the car and I new my car was safe in their hands. Highly recommend.
My towed my car safely across town to the mechanic. The driver was friendly and professional and was prepared to drop me off near my house after the job. It took a while for them to arrive when I booked the job, but I think that’s pretty standard for tow trucks.
Truck arrived on time after a courtesy call to confirm. Driver was friendly, super- efficient and cared about my car which was quickly loaded and towed to my local garage with zero stress. Thoroughly recommend this company.
