Great Sales team, especially Mathew and Cal. Were really helpful with everything, test drive etc. Pathetic business/finance lady (Lauren or something). Non-welcoming, was in a hurry, seemed disinterested throughout the conversation, kept looking at her phone for calls and text messages. Was informed that she has an experience of 20 years or more with Giltrap Kia, certainly didn't look like it. We waited 30 mins or more to talk to her and she did not even bother apologizing. Great way to lose a potential customer, feel bad for the Sales team.

Have been in twice first time to get a service which cost twice as much as our usual AA place. Even though we asked them to phone us if there were any delays they didn't and when we arrived had to wait over an hour. Second time was to replace a faulty part. Gave us a pick up time but again when we arrived they weren't ready left us waiting for over an hour. No communication from them.
Terrible customer service. Overcharged for the service that was provided and created more problems for the vehicle than when it first went for maintenance. 1/5. If i could rate lower, than i would. Find another company to fix your vehicle because this place is not worth your time.

Staff were helpful and friendly and the process of getting a new car was simple & quick ! They even notified us when a vehicle became available so we were able to get one within a week! Thanks guys, we will definitely be regular customers.
Booked my service over the phone had been told cost 300，when i bring my car over there, they told me the service will cost 800 and the courtesy car I asked for not been booked. Very Very disappointed about their service.
Not the greatest experience buying a vehicle from Giltrap. Needed to follow up on documentation, then after confirming that everything is in order, the morning of delivery they request additional docs, a week later of having the vehicle the same thing happens. Not customer oriented at all. There is better dealerships out there.
