Best dealership in Auckland. I have been buying a new car every 2nd or 3rd year in New Zealand for the last 15 years but this has been the best place so far. Mocha Campbell is an exceptional sales executive who made sure the whole process was really smooth and easy.
Car nice and clean after a very good scheduled service but warranty based reluctance to repair rear parking camera that's lasted for over 12 months.
Brillant place ask for Mocha amazing service from this lady and she knows her stuff :-)

Amazing people. I got my Skoda Octavia’s service from them which Included to fix some other issues as well. They forgot to put WOF sticker. Due to which I expressed my dissatisfaction. But they reacted amazingly. I got call from their Manager and they put the sticker immediately by visiting personally at the place. That’s shows their commitments and dedication towards their customers. In addition, they sent a very beautiful gift in my office. So lovely people .... Highly recommended.
Took my Skoda in for its first service and the team were very obliging - special mention to Olivia for outstanding customer service. A small mishap occurred during grooming but Olivia was brilliant in getting it sorted without any inconvenience. Service departments in other dealerships could learn a lot from Giltrap Skoda.
