The staff are always friendly and willing to help with all your needs. The shop itself is warm welcoming tidy and clean. Always like to come here as there is space as I feel other places to small and clutter.

This has got to be the worst place for service , 2 ladies continued talking to each other including a third person who I couldn't see. I had to ask twice to be served. Not good enough, if you want to have a chat wait till there are no customers.
To the staff: great the customer and ask:" how can I help?" Then when the transaction is completed greet the customer again like this " thank you have a good day". This is basic customer service. Staring without talking when the customer arrive and moving on the next task without saying thank bye is rude and weird. This is especially useful to the Asian lady with white roots and red hair. Wake up people and offer some basic customer service!

Too many Indians like new lynn dont know customer service
Went in to sort out a Kiwi bank travel card. Ladies were rude and didn't know the correct information, they didn't even know what they were doing. Go to the Henderson branch instead, they know all protocols.
