For 30 yrs now Dr Wilcox has looked after the health of myself and my family with care, empathy & expertise. Yes the waiting time can be long...but if this is the price you pay to be treated by someone who gives the time to address all your medical needs...then I say it's worth the wait. He is a quality doctor. Thx John

Only consult with Dr Tony, Nurse Penny and a couple of reception staff including Bailey. The other staff including the main Dr are sub-par in every sense of the term

The doctors and nurses are good but there is always an extended wait time. I know that can happen from time to time but I have never seen the doctor even close to my appointment time so far. Worst of all is that they keep saying "the doctor won't be long" instead of just being upfront and saying they are 45 minutes behind.

Warning: Expensive. Also: Completely unprofessional. Have never shown due care or attention. Before posting this review, I asked for my money back - my request was declined. Reason: my “doctors visits were in last months billing cycle”. They told me to go and wait in ER rather than writing a referral letter despite my having asked for a referral letter 3 times before going to hospital. The first thing hospital asked for was a referral letter. The DR and other staff simply didn’t care. After a very painful (literally) wait in the ER waiting room: X-ray’s showed 2 broken ribs and 1 fractured. I’m moving back to my old doctor and will just drive across town. This practice treated me like I was just looking for pain relief... and would not take 2 mins to write a much needed referral letter. THEY PUT PROFTS AND FLASH CARS ABOVE THE NEEDS OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. LOOK FOR OTHER PRACTICES FIRST.
