DO NOT USE.. I dealt with them and between them and the dealership my loan documents were fraudulently signed and my loan application went from 8000 to 160000. You wait atleast 20 minutes on the phone to speak to a consultant and they are nor very helpful. They don't want to help you with your concerns and they come across as they cant be bothered. Only time they care is when payment isn't made. Then they quick to switch off your vehicle. BEWARE OF THEM AND ADVISE YOUR DEALERSHIP NOT TO USE THEM.

Well where do I start was with Go car for 3 years. Please don't ever think you are the best Finance company YOU'RE NOT. I was so glad to clear the loan off. I never missed one payment with this company the Interest is way to HIGH. Best to go through your bank or look around people other cheaper rates out there once I got the chance well money 17k BOOM this company was the first on my list to get rid of funny I seen other people with you they missed a payment you are on there case STRAIGHT away Trying to make contact with you to get the device removed from my vehicle hard to get a hold of haha Your customer service Reps or loan managers ? I have dealt with over time WORSE ENGLISH EVER. 1 guy sounded like he didn't even want to be there In All thanks for giving me finance but never again with this company and I wouldn't even recommend anyone

Absolutely terrible to deal with on the phone, most of the time they either don't understand you or claim not to then think that entitles them to be rude and belligerent on the phone. Hold times are over the top and the call back service doesn't work, they obviously don't write clear notes because you have to explain something numerous times every damn phonecall. Cannot wait to be done with these guys

I was approved for a loan about 2 weeks ago although I must say I was a bit confused. I was approved for 12000 but I was only allowed to get something for 6000 didn't make much sense to me. The person I was dealing with said she was going to talk to finance and see if there was something else they could do so I could get a car I was totally happy with she said she would call me the next day but I still haven't heard anything almost 2 weeks later. I have made countless attempts to make contact through text and email but no response. I find it a bit odd as before i applied the lady I was dealing with was emailing me pretty much every week for months trying to get me to apply claiming they could definitely do something to help me but now I can't even get a reply which I find a bit odd. I feel like maybe I wasn't a good enough applicant so they just cut off contact and have ignored any attempts I have made to contact them despite the fact I was already approved. The 2 people I had been dealing with were very lovely and helpful at the time but now they have just left me in limbo unsure of what's going on. I completely understand if they couldn't do anything more to help me get the car I want but they could of at least contacted me and let me know instead of just leaving me waiting and wondering not happy at all its very unfortunate.
