Great experience dealing with Mitch Coombs at Albany golf warehouse. Looking for some new irons and he took time to watch my swing and shots to discuss the best clubs and shaft for my game. Even discuss the best ball as well after. No hesitation to visit again.

Always a pleasure going into Albany store. Staff are friendly and always helpful. Definitely better then Newton and Takapuna were you seldom get looked at and get the feeling of being rushed, hence the reason I will only shop at Albany.

I love my golf and shop at both stores,on boxing day,which is a day every year that my daughter and i spend together and shop,on this day called into the Albany store and went to make my purchase,handed over my 100 note,with the the reply "sorry ,unless you have the exact change then we can not proceed,i did say your kidding right,ah no due to covid we are giving no change." I am sorry,i felt like walking out,my daughter and i rummaged around to get the exact change. This must be the only store that i went to said this. I will not be returning to this venue as my last visit was also a bit underwhelmed I will be returning to the Newton store as the staff there has a passion for the golfer

Mitch and the rest of the team were brilliant. I brought a new driver off them and never felt rushed while in the range testing it and was so impressed with the level of service I returned 2 weeks later and brought a set of p790s. I went thru almost every iron to find the ones that suited me best and again never felt rushed or pressured into the sale. I think the newton branch could learn from these guys as when I first went into the city branch I was never even given a second look or spoken too in the half hour I walked around the store. Cheers Albany team, from a retail business operator I could not have been more impressed. Money well spent !
