I went here to buy a car for a friend but the car we went to buy was sold. One of the friendly sales guys offered few different cars out of our budget and later showed us a new import and we offered a price which we think is a fair market price as we bought a far better car for that price from a different dealer few hours later. One of the guys which believed to be the owner or manager which we haven't even seen or before just come out of his office and just shouted to us and said he is not accepting that offer and we had to tell the guy to calm down. We were pretty shocked. Not a good customer service as specially they offered the car and sales guy was ok to check whether they can accept the offer. Which was 5000 for a Mazda Demio white colour which was not in mint condition. I hope he will reply to this comment and he should give a very good explanation why he was rude us. I should say whoever the sales person we spoke ealier was a very nice guy and I assume that was a shock to him as well. He said they don't know the bottom price and all they can do is take offeres to the boss :). I think boss or manager should learn customer service from him. Not recommending anyone to go there.

Mis leading customer regarding credit surcharge. The sales kept saying we don't charge ,its bank who charge surcharge.
