Yesterday afternoon I went this shop to buy some items with the school list. A staff was in rush and impatient. It ended up with two of wrong items from her . You know when I was in the store I did remind her that I got a shopping list from school but she didnt want to have a look at the beginning until I insisted . When I shew her the shopping list on my mobile she just took a quick look with 2 seconds(no more ,just 2 !) and said she knew what it is as she got the list . And then she quickly grabbed the items and put on the counter for me to pay. I questioned her but she kept repeating that they are the right one. Thanks to her I have to shop again to get the right one , with another car park payment and 1 hours driving . Bad shopping experience.

I called twice earlier and received a confirmation that my ordered package arrived and would be ready by 3:00pm. I arrived at 3:20pm, the girl whose name is Janus in the counter was not friendly ad helpful at all. I told her the PO number and what the package is. She had a briefly search and can not find it, she wandered away, no follow up or effort to try hard, then the second girl came, I showed her the email with the product details, still no clue where it is and what the package like, completely wasted my time there. Only when the third girl turned up, she immediately knew where to find my stuff. Obviously the first two girls need more training on the products and customer service.
