Really unprofessional business. After ordering 4 boxes, I was sent confirmation for just one of them. When I followed up, it turned out 3 boxes were never booked for delivery and had to book them over the phone for delivery. Clearly, if I didn’t follow up, they would have never been delivered. During this conversation, the lady promised to email me details to place my next 2 orders as well as tracking info for all my orders. 4 days later and no email, I rang to follow up. I am really surprised at the unprofessional manner of Ian who kept placing the blame on “NZ Post” for the lack of communications and why the first 3 were not delivered with my booking. No matter the cause of the issue, shifting the blame and avoiding the fact that I was never emailed back is not the way to handle it. I was about to order another 2 large boxes worth over 300, and when I asked how I would know if they would get delivered, Ian kept blaming NZ Post for the lack of deliveries and gave me no assurance that they would in fact get delivered. Lack of professionalism dealing with my phone call- I will be going elsewhere for my large orders.

I purchased 8 gift boxes for a project group as a thank you and the gifts were sent out immediately. When they arrived they were beautifully put together and I have received only positive feedback. Would highly recommend Gourmet Gifts. Very efficient, reliable and great gifts to receive!
Fantastic service and great gifts. There had been a tiny mix up with my order but Victoria, who I dealt with, helped sort out the problem asap. My gift was delivered on time, and also enjoyed by the birthday recipient :) (I was told the coffee was great and the chocolate was amazing!) Would absolutely order through Gourmet Gifts again and recommend them to people I know.

Ordered flowers online from gourmet gifts to be delivered. Though I ordered it before 12:30 cut off for same day delivery, they were not received till 4pm the next day and only when I made a call the following day I was notified about the tracking. Got the regular carrier but the flowers arrangement appeared smaller and the colours were more pastel rather than bright and vibrant as in photos.
Really great to deal with and went the extra mile to get our Gourmet Gifts delivered promptly.
Highly recommended, amazing NZ products in the gift baskets and something for every occasion, only problem I had was trying to decide what product to go with as there is heaps to choose from. Tori was extremely helpful and into it when I had issues with getting my credit card to accept payment and advised alternative option. Delivered on time to colleague in Hospital. Best chocolate ever
