Keep well clear! You’re charged 145 for initial consultation, most of that time you are speaking to a nurse. Then if the nurse feels you’re a good candidate she takes you to the doctor who does not ask you that many questions. The doctor’s main role is the sign the drug script and that’s it. They both tell you that you will be getting a phone call to follow up on how you’re doing and whether the dosage they are putting you on is good or not. This all sounds like a great service but what they don’t tell you is it will cost 75 for that so called “friendly call”. So I paid 145 for consult plus 380 for a small bottle of CBD oil and then will be charged another 75 for a call to see how I’m responding to their prescribed drug. There are many other clinics in Auckland who offer the same service at a smaller price!

It was easy to book and connecting onto the video consult worked really well. I have been really unhappy with the medications my doctor has put me me on and the team at Green Doctors were really supportive in helping me to find the right thing for me. I have to say, I started on Sativex back in December and it was simply life changing! I had an appointment this morning over video to talk about my fibromyalgia. the nurse was amazing and the doctor was able to answer all my questions and put me at ease as I was very nervous. The green doctor's pharmacy is now sending me some CBD. Such a great experience!!

very disapointing experince with this crowd started off great with the inital consult and first bottle of cbd oil, but when my mother when to get her second bottle she paid for it on a monday and was made to wait untill the following week tuesday before they dispatched it, despite several phone calls to get it dispatched sooner. being expected to wait almost 2 weeks for a cronic pain suffer is appalling. poor customer service, poor follow up and no care. its now day 11 since payment and it still has not been delivered. we will not be using this company again. plently of other bussiness who are actually interested in the welfare of thier customers
I took my mum in this week as she had been suffering from arthritis for years. The Green Doctors staff were ultra professional and really made us feel at home. Thank you so much GDs!!
Well that was not useful at all, cheaper to get cbd from other suppliers and no one at the green doctors wants to prescribe thc as they do not want to lose their license, in short they are trying to entice people into getting an over priced video consultation in the hopes of getting what is known to actually work (thc) but give you only the option of cbd, sad to see people taken advantage of : (
