I love Grow. Grow is open to all and works for anyone who uses the program. It teaches skills that we don't learn at school such as how to practise friendship and leadership. It develops your potential - you begin the journey of growing to maturity and grow in ways you would not have thought possible. This happens not just through learning the programme but also through involvement in what is called the "caring and sharing community". This community provides a safe haven for you to learn, adopt and practise a new way of living. It is safe because of the Grow Commitment which is said at every meeting and because there are processes for when things go wrong. I believe Grow is unique - there is nothing else out there quite like Grow.

I'm a volunteer with Grow and have found the programme to be very forward looking and motivating. The community is welcoming and friendly, all making an effort to change and grow which is improving their mental wellbeing and enhancing their lives. I would recommend Grow to anybody experiencing mental distress
