Andy Evans, the managing director, of Guardians NZ Limited abandoned 2 dogs at my home for 6 weeks after I asked for support and guidance in regards to one of the dogs under his care urinating on my carpet, walls, and curtains as well as destroying electronics. He refused to pay me 400 for damages while continuing to bill the dogs' owners THOUSANDS of dollars. Andy Evans only cares about money; he doesn't care about the dogs or the people he asks to care for them. I welcomed 2 dogs into my house, they stayed 4.5 months and I was not payed a single dollar (he tells the dogs' owners that he vets minders thoroughly and pays them, which is a lie: he found me by placing an add on TradeMe). Do not support this business.

Made a phone enquiry at 0900 this morning re a guardian for four days. Needed to know by 2pm today. Promised to let me know. I got no phone call. Not only that but I phoned at least four times and got no answer. Really unreliable. Shame as the actual guardians themselves are usually Good and my son has used them previously. Also a bit surprised by the 50per day charge. Especially given the owner provides all food and bedding. The actual cost per day doesn't appear to be listed on the Web site.
