Terrible service. Took 5 weeks from first meeting to get an indicative price to make changes to plans that they already have. Had to chase up and got no reply until I emailed someone else at the business. Initial quote was 40-60% HIGHER than all other places we approached and that included redrawing plans which Gubb already have. When I queried the price they couldn't even be bothered replying. Have heard lots of similar reviews within the community about the lack of communication and constant need to chase.
