There was an error in the address for delivery, these things can happen, but Sandra did a great job to amend it and I could get my parcel!!! More than happy with the products. Great customer service
I think a lot of us have been on a bit of an adventure during lockdown, bravely taking matters into our own hands with regards to colouring our hair. I've personally gone through all the colours of the unicorn to try being a blonde for the first time in my life (coming from dark brown). I was about to give up and accepted the fact that I was going to be everyones yellow sunshine (or a purple rainbow, depending on my choice of shampoo) for the rest of my blond days, until someone recommended me to the expertise of Kim at Hairquip. Nothing left to lose so I gave into her knowledge completely. Lo and behold, an hour later I revealed to my surprised mirror the hair-color I was after all these months! That lady deserves a medal

So simple and easy to order products, On your doorstep before you know it. Staff are pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this company.
The staff are not very friendly. I genuinely wanted some advice on a couple of products and needed help and I felt the staff members were not very helpful. One particular staff was very vague and short with her answers. She didn't want to help at all and was just rushing to leave. She wasn't very friendly. I was extremely dissapointed. They didn't want to walk around the shop serving customers, they were happy to stay behind the counter. They also had a sign on the door saying "be back in 30 minutes" but they took much longer than 30 minutes! The staff basically close the shop and have lunch and open when it suits them. There was more than 1 person on the shop floor.
