I contact Hamish for a meal plan for my kickboxing camps, to ensure I was eating the right foods and being fuelled correctly while remaining on weight. As a vegan he was fantastic at accommodating my dietary needs while ensuring I got the right nutrients. Always helpful and on hand for advice. 100% recommend.

I contacted Hamish because I wanted to know if I was eating the right amounts and sorts of food to properly fuel my training for an upcoming ultra-marathon. We did a consult and I recorded a meal diary. Hamish sent through an analysis of my diet, where I was doing well and more importantly what I was missing out on. I couldn't be happier with the meal plan and the whole experience and the results. I highly recommend his services. Thanks Hamish!

How good Hamish is at his job isnt something i will ever know. His communication in regards to the running of his business is very poor. People are reasonable Hamish but they have to be kept in the loop. If you are experiencing delays @nd are unable to keep your word within the timeframe promised ,its not ok to send an invoice. Its better to send them an email explaining the situation and asking for an extension or telling them honestly that this time you cant deliver. Then ppl have the option to either give u the xtra time or go elsewhere. We got refunded and so thats allgud but we wasted a month and that is unacceptable as it was totally avoidable .
Paid cash for very friendly consultation never received any plan, all attempts to contact we not responded to. Very disappointed.
Couldn't be happier, excellent results, very workable plan for a very busy family and awesome friendly and professional service.
