Really disappointing experience. I visited the store with a list of items I needed to purchase for our renovation, requiring expertise to help me choose them. The staff member seemed very abrupt and impatient and made me feel I was an inconvenience. He was borderline rude. He said he'd email me a quote within a couple of days. It's been a month or so now and I haven't received anything, despite also following up with an email. The two stars are for the range of products in store - they do seem to have a good range.

OMG what a fantastic display of everything you could need in the way of handle solutions you could need. The staff were very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone.
Great selection of handles knobs and locks including every electronic front door lock on display. Nice staff too. Highly recommended!
