Lauren was a massive help to my friend and I planning all our activities and our route on the Kiwi experience. She made it so hassle free and made us 10x more excited! She took us through each stop one by one and gave us the options of what to do in each place! Definitely recommend booking your trip around NZ with them!
I came to Auckland with absolutely no clue what to do in New Zealand. I straight away went to this Happy Travels desk and Hannah Wright, the assistant manager, talked me through absolutely everything. She was so awesome and patient with all of my questions, not trying to rush me just to get a sale. My NZ trip would not have been the same without her! Thank you Hannah and Happy Travels!!
One young female staff was pushy and not very friendly. After consulting with her, I said “I will think about it”which means I will leave. She pushed me to justify what I need to think about. So I had to ask more information to really answer her questions. At the end, she told me unhappily that she doesn’t have time to answer my questions if I will book directly with Kiwi experience. Well, I wanted to leave at the first place. If she didn’t push me, I would have left already. It’s not me who wanted to waste her time. Overall, I feel kinda of cornered and won’t come back again.
Went in for more information on Fiji and Hannah was really helpful with her own knowledge as she had been before so walked away with a great deal on a Fiji holiday
Honestly the easiest most helpful travel agent experience I've had so far. Sam sat with me and helped me plan my trip around New Zealand, making sure to tailor my trip by asking me what I enjoy doing and suggesting some things I would not have known about otherwise. Hannah W then rang up kiwi experience for me and booked all my buses, didn't have to lift a finger! If you have a single shred of doubt of what to do, just pop in and ask. You'll leave confident, clued up and relaxed I promise.
When I came to New Zealand for a vacation I had no plan and just figured whatever I could do I would do last minute. Luckily I ran into Claire and she was able to inform, first how mistaken I was, and second how easy it would be to book everything I wanted Day 1. Claire saved me a ton of money and stress I wouldn’t have had such an amazing experience if not for her and Happy Travels.
