Read a lot of positive reviews so decided to call this office for some information. The lady who answered the call was not helpful at all. Her tone was cold and unfriendly. It was very different from the reviews.

I've had one root canal before with Harish and about to get another one. I've never had any hesitation to go to him for endodontic treatment. He's kind and caring and makes me laugh. I always feel totally comfortable when I'm there.

Saw Harish today and felt compelled to write a review for those nervous/anxious patients out there putting off treatment because they're too anxious to visit. This gentleman is truly skilled in the art of reassuring, understanding and patience when it comes to an incredibly nervous patient, like me. He had a few tricks up his sleeve that helped enormously with the anxiety. I just wish I had seen him sooner. Could not have asked for a better Endodonist. Please, if you're putting off treatment because you're anxious, don't put it off, you will be in safe hands with this gentleman :-)

What a welcoming place to walk into. Happy conversation and laughter in the background. Great art and sophisticated decor! I really appreciated the easy interaction with Dr Harish Lala and his assistant. The informative communication before and during the procedure was very reassuring. One has to acknowledge the benefits of the state-of-the-art equipment and, most importantly, the delicate delivery of almost painless injections.

During the two procedures I had, he talked me through the entire process and made me feel really comfortable. Dr Lala has a fanatastic way of chatting to patients.
