My wife is a tea connoisseur and after trying everything available she could try globally she has declared Harney's as the absolute best of the best. And customer service from the NZ team is outstanding, too - prompt, friendly and helpful.

great little outlet shop. This is their warehouse, so the shop and the location reflect that. However, the service is friendly, teas are at outlet price and they always have most of the range available.

Very disappointed with the service. We travelled a long way to visit the shop which has a fine display, we bought 5 tins of tea, but the lady didn't give us any samples of teas we could have been interested in purchasing in the future, she was super quick at getting our tea for purchase, but had no interest in us or talking about the teas we were curious about.

Good selection, but seriously overpriced (NZD 24 in NZ / NZD 12.5 in US 192% of original price). Also it is important to say, that the tea quality is below average - tea dust and broken tea with sudden pieces of full leaf - that’s what you get for 24 NZD. New Zealand had seen better teas - google for T2 or T leaf or this little place on Remuera road - I think called “tea lovers”. They are overpriced too, but tea is of much better quality.
