Great service - honest, professional and thorough check. I had some noise coming from the front wheel of my car. I booked with them to do wheel alignment. They did a thorough wheel check and suggested that wheel alignment is fine but we need to change breaking pads and some other things needs to be replaced. Spent almost 50 min on my car and didn’t charge a dollar. Will do the suggested replacement with them.

Life savers! We had a puncture on one of our delivery vehicle tyres, Craig and the team did not hesitate to look at it right away! We were able to deliver the cake to the recipient on time! And the price was too good to be true :) Highly recommend!!

You didn't offer to waive it any time even when I queried why I was being charged for the courtesy car. I was offered a courtesy car after my WOF showed that there needed to be some work done on the bushes. I left my car there for the repairs. By courtesy I understood that to mean free. I then found out that my repairs would be covered by a warranty, so I called you within 24 hours before any work was started to let you know that I had to take my vehicle to another garage who was on the warranty list. When I returned the "courtesy" car later that day, you charged me an extra 15 for the use of the car which I queried. Craig said that's a standard charge if you use one of our cars when you don't have any work done. I am really disappointed and sad that you would blatantly lie by saying that you offered to waive the fee when in fact you stood your ground quite firmly and said that I needed to pay when I queried it - I do feel like I dodged a bullet here for sure and that 15 is a small price to pay in the big picture I guess and am glad that I didn't leave my car in your hands. Who knows what other rules you have that are only shared with the customer when it comes time to pay the bill that could cost a lot more than 15 bucks. I intentionally didn't write a long story when I wrote the review, because 15 is a small amount, but since you are now making things up, I have to respond. I think we both know what happened - you were irritated that I was taking my car elsewhere, and so you just tried to get a few dollars out of the situation which is really silly and unnecessary. Ben was so amazing and helpful (I think that's his name) I would certainly have come back and recommended you, but you just had to get your pound of flesh and then instead of letting it be, you respond with a false version of events. Not very wise.
