Yesterday my MacBook Pro stopped charging. I though that I have to replace the battery or buy a new charger. Since I bought it from Hary Norman, Mt Roskill I decided to go there. Eventhough the laptop is not with the warranty period the technical staff helped me to figure out the problem without any hesitation. And the Technical Sales officer Fernando said I simply have to buy the code for my adapter. I was delighted by their friendly customer service. The best Harvey Norman in the town! Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Went in today to look at buying a computer and a printer for my business. At Harvey Norman Mt Roskill. Was there for 30mins no one came to help me out. The 2 indian girls keeped on looking at me but didn't bother to come up. They were talking among themselves. Worst ever customer service ever. Will go elsewhere now.

I have just bought a new washing machine at Easter sale. I had this friendly and professional whitewater specialist, Faris. He was great, he wasn't too pushy or aggressive - just right distance. He was very kind and showed me how to use and he also gave me his honest advice too, which was helpful. The payment was smooth and he typed a detailed comment for my delivery direction, which I find it helpful too. extreme poor service... disappointed i have seen sale executives are quiet busy talking and laughing but, not ready to serve customers i can suggest may other store but absolutely no no for this store.. remember ur customer is literally paying ur cheque and in NZ customer service is so important.. must need fresh and ready to help customer kind of sale executives thanks in advance.. may help u to redirect
