Absolutely brilliant to work with!! Penny was not only open to our somewhat usual proposal but excited and really took on this project with enthusiasm. The end products (5 rings) are outstanding. I gave Harwoods all of my mother’s old rings that were in various states of disrepair and they designed and made a most delightful ring that has various “specialness” to me (my great grandmothers wedding ring, my engagement and eternity rings, mums dress rings etc). Their design software gave me a good idea of what the finished ring would look like and they were more than accomodating to any changes that I wanted. I would thoroughly recommend Harwoods.
