Andrew and his team have done a very good job for the heat pump installation in Papatoetoe. He communicated the options and provide best solution for the location of heat pump and power supply. The electrical certificate of compliance and warranty form were provided immediately after the installation. This is my best experience for the heat pump installation. I highly recommend their services.

I’m a self-confessed perfectionist and difficult customer, but Andrew and his team did a very good job of meeting my high expectations. Andrew’s communication via both txt and email was exceptional, way beyond what I would typically expect of tradies. He was quick to respond and would let you know if he was running late. Andrew had incredible patience with my copious questions and was happy to share his advice. Both quote and installation were carried out very promptly. Andrew and Nilesh did a good job with the install. I very much appreciated them putting down a drop sheet inside, vacuuming up, taking away rubbish and tidying up outside too. Thanks team!

Andrew and his team were brilliant with our recent heat pump installation. Andrew was very quick with communication, installation went smoothly (even though the design of house meant it was a complex site), and site was left clean. These guys took great care to make sure that the installation was aesthetically pleasing too. They did all of this at a reasonable price and with a smile
