We used Heathcote Legal late last year for the purchase of our first home. Good service, but not the exceptional 5 stars the reviews indicate (couple of email questions ignored etc). 5 star reviews are requested by Heathcote at the end of the experience, and in our case we were asked to do this 3x. As I use google reviews to judge a business I find this practise disappointing and misleading. Good but not great.
