Called for quote for drain unblocking, after visiting site was quoted 280 for 2-3 hours work. The job was done in less than an hour and was still charged the same amount. On questioning this the company owner became verbally very agressive stating that it was a fixed rate fee and not indicative of time (this was not conveyed during initial quote). He also stated that the time to visit the site and provide the quote was included in the price (so not a ‘free quote’ as advertised). On a positive note the job was completed well and in very quick time, but in light of poor customer service I would not recommend them
