Incredible. I had my doubts coming in with all the hype I’d heard about this place for years. They proved me dead wrong. The burger was perfectly balanced with crunchy greens, homemade patty, and an amazing in house chipotle sauce. Some of the best fries I’ve encountered in any restaurant in NZ, full stop. I could come back here just to get a side of them. Ideal width, crispy, perfect. My wife’s velvet hotcakes were a spectacle to behold. She likes to get items that she can’t easily make at home, and boy did she find a winner here. Each flavor complimented the other. If you have an active sweet tooth, this will be quite the treat. The coffees were also sublime. You won’t be disappointed with a flat white or long black with cream, that’s for sure.

Very fine cafe. Fantastic coffee. Great staff. The food is phenomenal. (Too delicious to forget to take photo, next time next time.)
Love the food and the plating. Was going to give it 5 stars but I ordered bread and I requested for an untoasted bread but they still gave me a toasted bread. But thanks to the waiter the was really kind enough. She changed my bread without any hesitation
One of my fave local cafes. Consistently good for brunch/lunch and coffee is good. Friendly service.
Food is good... This was their green bowl... Not sure if I would go again though... They got the take away order totally wrong.... It was not worth discussing. I just thanked them and left.
My friends and I went there for a Sunday brunch. I ordered the red velvet hotcake with bacon. It tasted good but a bit sweet. I like the touch of the candy floss. It's presentation was lovely. Staff was accomodating even if we didn't have reservations. There's a bigger space hidden inside. Three Stars for now but will definitely be coming back and try the other choices in the menu. Will update accordingly.
I booked a table for family and we want to this Café to celebrate a birthday lunch. Coffee and food were very good very nice staff. would recommend this Café.
