Was a mistake leaving my poor cat to them :( he is not the same we left him even after 4 months so scared of anything moving around him. He doesn't feel safe anymore. Apparently they lock them all day and go so no wonder my cat got all abuse from other cats or God knows what happened to him that he has changed totally .

Staff seemed nice and explained things well. Kennels are average size boxes, which is fine for a short time but wouldn't leave your cat there for long periods. Cat doors are opened daily and your cat can socialise in the main area if they like. Photos are taken daily, unfortunately this only showed my terrified animal in a corner. Once home my cat downed a bowl of water, so I assume they didn't provide them enough water for summer. Overall this place is probably fine if you want to go away for a few days and can't find anywhere else, but I wouldn't recommend it for long periods.
Highly recommend. My cat was well looked after and t daily photos helped a lot!!
Lovely people that own this cattery. Have left our cat here a few times now and our cat always seems happy.Would deffinately recommend to others.
