I cannot thank Ursula enough for assisting me over the phone. I bought a pair of earrings, so I cannot comment on their assistance with dresses, but if they're as good as they were for me getting my earrings on the overnight courier in less than 20 minutes with plenty of reassurance alongside, then I have confidence you will be in good hands here.

Sandra and Claire were amazing. I received outstanding customer service via email and in-store. A beautiful shop next to Tesla on K-Road with dried flowers and MOR candles burning. Cannot recommend more highly!! Great selection of shoes too.
If I could rate Hera Couture higher that 5 stars I would! I bought my wedding gown from them and their customer service has been 10/10. They were super helpful and accommodating when our wedding was postponed due to covid and have gone above and beyond to make sure the dress fits perfectly for the big day. Katie & Sandra's attention to detail is just exquisite and I'd recommend them in a heartbeat to any brides looking for the perfect dress x
We had an awesome experience with the ladies at Hera Couture. We went to a couple of other bridal boutiques and the service, quality and overall experience was awful. The ladies at Hera, Sharon and Katie made the experience feel special. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so helpful every step of the way. Not to mention the quality of the dresses at affordable prices. We highly recommend this bridal boutique to anyone looking for a great experience.
I felt absolutely gorgeous in my dress from Hera! From start to finish the process was made easy. Katie was fantastic and worked with me on some of my ideas that made the dress everything I ever wanted! S
Was a little disappointed in Hera Couture. Whilst the staff were friendly enough, it felt a lot like a conveyor belt. We arrived 5 minutes early and our assistant was still with another customer which was fine, but we didn't end up getting seen until 15 minutes after my appointment time. Really I only ended up getting about 45 minutes of trying on dresses as the next person arrived and I got hurried out. Seemed a bit unfair as I was made to wait for the person before me. The consultations are not private at all and the whole rest of the store can see you which seemed really impersonal - there are usually about 3 other girls trying on gowns at the same time so it's very busy when you factor in their friends/mums etc. The dresses are nice but for the price, you get a much better experience at boutiques like Juliette Hogan Bridal. The staff member that was helping me wasn't a specialist bridal consultant and this was just her weekend job which seemed a bit unusual as everywhere else had dedicated expert dressmakers/designers to find the exact right dress for you and your shape. I did not feel special at all which is a shame considering the special time that trying on wedding gowns should be. I may just be incredibly fussy about these things, but this is just my honest thoughts. Perhaps I went on a particularly busy day? If you can jive with this sort of experience then go for it as the dresses are nice, but if you'd prefer to feel a bit more special, I'd recommend going elsewhere.
I bought a cape and shoes here after purchasing dress elsewhere several months ago. The service was outstanding, even better than where I bought my dress. I genuinely can’t recommend these ladies highly enough!!! 5 star service:-)
I cannot recommend Hera Couture enough. I went yesterday and had the best experience. As this was my first store trying on dresses I didn’t know what to expect. I am a plus-size bride so I was nervous about what to expect however I chose Hera Couture because of their beautiful dresses in their curve range. From the moment I walked in I felt that all attention was on me and they had my selected dresses ready and waiting for me to try on. I was able to walk around the store and get a real feel for the dresses and there were sooo many options which is amazing. I felt their service went above and beyond and made me feel so special. I didn’t buy one as I fell in love with three, so I am still deciding what to do but I didn’t feel pressured to purchase any either. I am still absolutely buzzing about yesterday. Thank you so much!
