The massage was ok - most of it was nice, but not worth going back to for 70. Pressure was applied too unevenly, sometimes very painful but most of the time not enough pressure so it felt more like having someone put cream on you. The facility itself is nice, and staff are friendly & professional, but their English is a bit hard to understand.

0 stars. I was given a gift voucher for Christmas. My wife didn't know the voucher was valid for only 6 months. Seriously, only 6 months? Due to an operation on my back I couldn't use the voucher until now. They refused to honour it. They don't have to, I know, but they could also choose to, as they were paid 90 for nothing. She simply stood her ground and said she didn't have to. I pointed out that many retailers have much longer times than 6 months and she pointed out that theirs is 6 months and that is that. I am confounded by her approach as if she had shown some decency, I would be here writing about how great she was. But no, instead she wants to be known for taking 90 and giving nothing for it. Interestingly there is a members bill before parliament seeking to change the law for gift vouchers to have a minimum validity period of 3 years. Give it your support so that ridiculously short validity periods like this become illegal.
