I understand what the previous client states But not correct. Value of products and services are provided by all merchants differently. You were told and asked about what service you want. Plus it is advertised in office clearly. If you go to a portrait place and ask for the digital file after print there is an extra charge. Did you ask Harvey Norman to take your passport photo and then print it and check price accordingly. I am sure not as I am a regular client of Harvey Norman for other products and I know all their charges. You have not depicted the true picture of what happened so quite unfair review to the business. Facts are not known by others of what you asked for. This shop is very well known for its services and kindness and as such they have regular Repeat clients.

Photo get printed fast like 10 mins like elsewhere, which is great. However, I rate them only 2 stars due to the price I have paid. It's the most expensive one I have been to so far. Paid 20 for only 4 photos while you pay 10 for 8 photos at Howick or 20 for 8 photos at Botany. It's totally rip off to me unfortunately
I always fo to quickfix for various services the staff n owner are v friendly n helpful n go out of their way to assist and once even stayed back late to finish my order as i needed it urgently They have just gone through a major renovation n shop looks fantastic im surprised the below comment by a customer who didnt withdraw cash from ATM n put up a negative comment we all go through this once awhile
Its unexpectedly expensive. Make sure you ask the price beforehand. Disappointed.

Rubbish, BE AWARE OF THIS SHOP, he charged me 20 for editing photo and refused to give me the file unless i pay him additional 10, expansive and bad quality, it cost me 20 for 4 photos, I paid 29 cents for 8 of them at Harvey Norman for the same quality or 5 for 8 professional passport size photos at stationery warehouse, rude owner and I would never come back
