Great experience with braces, very friendly staff. Ann has been fantastic throughout would highly recommend.
Had braces done here. And when I needed a replacement retainer. They said nope can't help you. Now my teeth have gone back crooked. Waste of thousands of dollars. Edit: No it was not a miscommunication. In fact I have meet others who had the same issue. I never received my moulds or "models". They claimed they were "damaged" just like the other people I have spoken to about it. So I don't have a mould or model and I needed a replacement retainer because my original ones were damaged. And they would not quickly do another mould. They just said oh sorry your moulds were damaged so not much we can do now. And I do understand why I needed my retainers, I needed to wear them for the rest of my life every night. I knew this. And that's why I tried to get some more. But when they told my parents that there isn't much they could do. They assumed that was it. And couldn't afford to get anymore treatment done. They never sat us down and looked at my teeth again. They just quickly said nope can't help. We broken your moulds. And we were left standing in reception just to walk out the door.
Would not recommend this Clinic for anybody, Very Pricey just for a Consultation charge is 90. For what?? No quote, No breakdown on costs for braces and the work needed to be done for my 16 Year Old Daughter. Dr consultation was all verbal and the Price 250 X-ray and looking at 8,000. Also she did not confirm if my daughter needed 2 or 4 teeth pulled out which would cost bout 1,000 and still the Dr said can not confirm on the work. What a rip off charge of 90. For nothing!!! For all those reading this review I have found another Orthodontist who do a free Consultation and free X-ray's and also will give a breakdown and quote all for free! Lesson learnt to myself check others out first!!! DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER..
My experience here was great. My teeth look beautiful and every part of my treatment was done perfectly.
Extremely bad service from Ann, had braces with her twice and she had not corrected problem by taking teeth, she told me towards end of treatment I would need another two years because teeth needed removed! I saw another orthadontist and he said that it should of been taking out at the start! Don't waste money with her, wish I had seen another orthadontist from the start :(
