Very unprofessional. I don't even know if the doctor knows what she is doing. I got sent for some tests and because they came all clear she assumed I am all good. She didn't send me for more/different tests. It ended up with serious complications unfortunately and a hospital visit. The nurse is very rude. They don't call you back.

Absolutely unprofessional. Please do yourself a favour and find another doctor. The nurse is absolutely rude and the doctor spends 5mins checking you. We had a horrific experience where the doctor prescribed a higher than normal dose of antibiotics to our wee baby without even confirming with a throat swab first that led to him getting admitted in the hospital and it was a viral that did not need antibiotics. I kept ringing the nurse trying to get to the doctor because my son was not responding well and they kept dismissing me. All my other appointments before this experience have lasted 5-7mins max, doesn’t even bother getting to the bottom of the problem I am never going back to them!

Hobsonville Point Medical Centre has amazing service. I travel from Brookby to see the very welcoming staff when required. Service is impeccable, so friendly I always leave with a smile. I follow the expertise of Dr Mangala who has been my loyal family doctor for many years. Beautiful ,caring and an expert in the field of medicine. Highly recommended.

The women doctor is not professional at all. She prescribes antibiotics to my little baby every time when he is sick. 4 times within 2-3 months. Afterwards I realized that it made my baby so vunerable to keep going to the doctor. Unbelievably awful. We already changed to another one.

the woman doctor is awful, the charge way is so strange , didnt do anyhelp for little thing, its better save your money and time to go somewhere else, everything is about extra charge and helpless
