I found this company to be very efficient I called the 0800 number to be greeted by 1 of their awesome team members who then connected me with the right person to answer the questions I had. I was then sent the test which arrived within 2 days and then when I sent to Australia the test was received within 4 days and I was promptly emailed to say test was received and I would receive my results by a certain date. Today I checked and had received my results which was 5 days before the time given. One very satisfied Customer. Cheers

A super fast service. Swabs arrived the next working day, and the result was back within 10 working days. Bearing in mind it had to go to Australia as well.
