We installed a glass balustrade from Home Plus Exteriors SE 4 years ago. Last year 2 glass panes shattered. Insurance refused to pay out because of 'poor workmanship-install not according to specs' (engineers report). Contacted Home Plus Exteriors SE (who by then had changed ownership, but operates under the same name). The new owner refused to do the repairs free of charge or even at reduced cost.
