My friend bought a fridge year and half ago. Now he has mechanical problem on that machine. This company said "we will give you a free part but will charge 400 labour fee" The machine is still under warranty. What a great customer service. I changed my points. Honestly, one of your agent said " need to pay labour about 400 to repair. Only part is free." I would like to say you should educate your agent well for your reputation. I appreciated that you made it right.

Absolutely shocking customer service, I have been receiving spam phone calls from a number tied to your business and I attempted to ask via your 0800 number if the phone number was in fact linked to your business and I was patronised while the woman danced around my query. Very simple question I had thought. (This spam number has been linked to your company various times on the harassment databases). If you wanted to clear that up, it would have taken 2 minutes, even if it wasn’t, I now have a very sick taste in my mouth - your reception is the face of your company...... personal skills are needed. Will be recommending to everyone I know never to use you.
