This review is based over my 1 experience over the 100's of times I've been to this East Tamaki Branch. A worker by the name of "Glenn" could not have been any more rude. (Keep in mind this branch is generally good) Firstly my REGO holder was broken thus my rego was placed on the middle console. Glenn my friend comes to me (without even having the incentive to look in the middle console to see the rego) and proceeds to say I need to buy a new plate etc since rego has been expired for so long. Then goes on to say he does not want to "waste his time" doing my WOF since the REGO is expired. Ok, sorry your time is more precious than mine ..but that is no way to speak to a customer - first thing in the morning. However the rest of the staff and manager were super helpful and apologetic which was great! But still does not make up for Glen's customer service lol.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I went in to have a quick car airbag replacement and it was done in a jiffy. The gentleman at the reception was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and seemed to engage well with all customers. Thanks Honda Cars East Auckland!
